We have a 4-year-old who is in pre-k. He is possibly on the autism spectrum and would need to be picked up from school, taken to our house, and cared for for about an hour-hour and a half. Every once in a while it may be a little longer than that. He is super smart, loves animals, playing with water toys, kinetic sand, books, dinosaurs, etc.
