Hiring Domestic Nanny

I am looking for a responsible, moral, exemplary, and kind Nanny to look after my children. The Nanny will create a safe, healthy, fun-loving environment for my children and pets. Your primary responsibility will be to care for two children under the age of one. Responsibilities: Must be responsible for a wide range of domestic duties. Most of the time, the schedule will be Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the beginning the schedule will be Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Nanny will be caring for two children, who are under the age of one. While the mother works from home full-time. Duties will include: Changing diapers Bottle feeding infants Preparing and cleaning bottles Keeping the childcare area clean and tidy Entertaining infants through reading, interactive playtime, keeping them warm, happy, and clean at all times. Candidate must have a reliable car to get to and from work. The Nanny I'm looking for must be kind, responsible, clean, organized, and, most importantly, good with children and pets. A "helper" disposition is also a key requirement for this role. Qualifications: -High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent -3+ years of childcare experience, including infant care. -Proficient knowledge of safety and first aid -Must be infant CPR certified. If not certified, I am willing to pay for certification. -Must have a valid driver's license -Excellent communication skills -Excellent time management skills -Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities -Good moral character and pleasant disposition -Energetic -Must be excellent with children -Willing to do light housework such as children's laundry, wash bottles and dishes, clean countertops, etc. -Must be able to pass a background check -Must be willing to get annual flu, and Tdap Vaccines. The proposed start date is mid to late February 2025, and the position will remain intact for 4 to 5 years. Pay is competitive Bonus if you are bilingual or speak fluent Spanish
