Nanny For One Toddler

We're looking for a nanny for one 20-month-old toddler. We would ideally like to find someone who has a 2-3-year-old that they are home-schooling and would like to bring with them, but this isn't required. We would like him to be engaged in educational activities and have daily outdoor time. We have a play set, extra slide and water table in a fenced yard. Mom works from home and the nanny could have an hour lunch break during which mom would put him down for his nap. He usually naps for 2 hours. We may only need part-time care for a week every 3-4 weeks when dad is home. Otherwise it would be full-time. We're happy to provide lunch and snacks for nanny and her child.
