We have a 4-month-old baby. He is starting to get more active, and my husband and I both work from home. We want someone to watch him from our house while we are working. We are flexible with the schedule, but we would like someone consistent. We do have cats and a dog as well so we need someone who is not allergic and is willing to be in the house with them.
