Start Date: August 16 through the end of May Schedule: Fridays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (6 hours per week guaranteed) Pets: None Location: 78628 Georgetown Duties: Full care Children's meals Schedule and implement age-appropriate activities Drive children in the nanny's vehicle Help with homework Keep the children's bedroom/play area and common areas clean Load and unload the dishwasher Desired Nanny Qualities: An active and engaging nanny who is familiar with ADHD. A background in early childhood education or personal experience is a plus. A confident swimmer as the family has a pool (no swimming unless requested by parents). We adopted our son through the foster system, and therefore, he has some trauma responses. He requires more patience when triggered or upset, but his conflict resolution is improving, and he is very open to people he feels close to. Our son is empathetic, assertive, and always full of energy and enthusiasm for life, and he needs firm guidance to ensure he follows the rules and directions. He thrives in environments where he can explore his interests with clear guardrails and is supported in his education and activities."
