We are looking for care for our 6-month-old son as my husband and I both work 12hr, overnight shifts and would like time to recover without overwhelming the other parent. Our son is an active sensory seeker who loves being outdoors and changing his mind quickly. He is very outgoing, yet can be shy around new people but typically warms up quickly. He's started eating solid foods and purees, but mostly relies on formula.
