Long-term commitment. - Experience with autism spectrum and developmental delays required. - Must be a swimmer and willing to spend time in the pool with our son. - Reliable transportation required, will reimburse for gas to transport our son. - Experience-based pay, W-2, quarterly performance-based bonus payments. - Background check and 3 verifiable references required. - Willing to consider live-in after trial phase.
