so we are looking for the right person to be apart of our family and be flexible as we aren't looking for a person to drop our kids on them more of a person we can have assist with light kitchen work from preparing salad and preparing the food for my wife to cook and light clean up as we also have maids as well. But then help out with with the kids while my wife is cooking the meals. we are flexible it is nice to have someone to be a able to help us on some weekends. I feel we are easy going family that just needs a helping hand.
