Part-time Nanny For Toddler

We are looking for a part-time nanny/mother's helper to help care for our 16-month-old daughter. Duties will include helping prepare and feed meals, getting her dressed, playtime, engaging her with learning based activities and then putting her down for her afternoon nap. Looking for someone with experience with babies of this age that can help with our developmental goals and effectively and safely care for her. Right now, we need assistance for mornings (8am-1pm) 3-4 days a week. A priority for us is finding someone who will be effective at helping her develop and learn (letters, abc's, colors, numbers, etc) as well as meeting certain goals of transitioning to finger foods and weaning from the bottle by taking more milk from sippy cups. We would like someone who has specific experience with babies/toddlers and a background in education of this age is preferred. Someone who likes to prepare meals would be a plus! We have one small dog who minds her own business!
