Sitter For Almost 2 Year Old. 2-3 Days/week. Montessori Based Learning Experience Preferred

We are looking for a sitter who is familiar with Montessori based learning for young children. Our daughter is almost 2 years old and we are expecting our next daughter in a few months. We would like the sitter to be able to come 2-3 days a week, with some occasional evening visits so we can do some date nights. I would like a sitter who has experience in Montessori learning, college educated, and infant CPR trained. We are also looking for someone who would be available at any time I may be in labor in late August (pay will be double time when called in spontaneously). We do not do screen time, so it's important that the sitter respects that and is not on their phone during their time with our daughter. Our daughter loves to color, play with water, and explore outside finding different bugs. She is timid but is really humorous/silly once she has warmed up.
