Nanny Needed For My Children In Fresno.

I just need help with little task my boys are independent for the most part oldest is autistic non verbal and usually keeps to himself unless he needs something he cant do or needs help with usually something food related but well mannered and he just needs help with homework if given usually reading and my 6 yr old just help when he gets home from school he usually has little assignments like reading as well and possibly writing I usually put their dinner plates together and have them set aside or I will order something I do work from home but need help with just watching and making sure they arent too loud (my 6yr old)
