Nanny Needed For My Children In Fort Worth.

I am looking for reliable, long term help. I have 3 boys. I'm looking for someone is comfortable looking after an 11 yo boy with Autism. He is non-verbal, potty trained and not aggressive. There is an older boy 13. He's self sufficient. There is a younger boy, 7. He's a talker and loves to be busy. The bothers help with the 11 yo and are familiar with his needs. They all love to be outside and having fun. My husband and I are interested in having dates every other weekend. Most of the time we are back by midnight. Sometimes it's 2 or 4. We want to be able to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with 2-3 day trips. This means you will have 24 hour care at times. So, providing food and light cleaning will be expected.
