Part Time Nanny

We have a 6-month-old baby girl named R who we need help with while we are at work. My schedules vary, but I will not need help on the weekends and I do not work on Tuesdays and Fridays and I work twice a week. I work from 8:30-7:30 and you will be watching her in my parents home while they work from home. We are looking for someone with patience and a love for children. She is a busy bee and loves to be on the move, and will smile for days. We value kindness and patience in our family. we don't cry it out and we make sure our daughter knows if something's wrong she has people who have got her. R loves to be outside, she loves walks and playing with different textures and colors. We also love our limited TV time of 1 hour of bluey even if she only likes the theme song :) R is an infant going through all the big milestones and especially figuring out crawling right now. She just needs someone to be patient and helping her achieve her little goals. Just kind, and gentle, and patient. It has parking. My parents gave lots of dogs and puppies so if you like dogs you will love it :)
