Two-pilot Family Seeking Backup Care For Toddler

Seeking reliable backup care for a two-pilot family in the event our full time nanny calls in sick and for occasional babysitting. This could mean 3-4 days straight with our 1-year-old son. We also have several pets (four dogs, four cats) that would require care. However, the dogs are kept completely separate from my son in a crate-and-rotate schedule. We are seeking someone fully vaccinated (COVID, Flu, TDAP) and willing to maintain vaccinations annually/as appropriate. We also are seeking an individual who will not bring religious influence into the home. We value individuals who are reliable and able to follow instructions. We do not enforce heavy gender roles with our son, meaning he is allowed to play with dolls and trucks. We value gentle (not permissive) parenting. Our son loves music, going outside, and blocks!
