Looking for someone to love and care on our baby while we are at work. I'm at nurse and have a rotating schedule, so the days needed between Tuesday-Thursday will vary. We don't do cry it out and really follow her lead as far as her days go. Our routine relatively the same, but if she isn't feeling it one day then we adjust according to how she's responding to the day/activity. Definitely looking for someone who is patient and has a go-with-the-flow personality. Care would be in our home with our 2 pups.
