I'm looking for a dependable, patient, and experienced nanny to help homeschool and support my 7-year-old son. He's a high-energy, strong-willed kid with ADHD who struggles with expressing his emotions and has had challenges in a traditional school setting. I need someone who truly understands children who learn differently and can create a structured yet flexible environment to help him thrive. I'm a first responder with a demanding schedule, so reliability and punctuality are absolutely essential. I cannot be late or call in to work, so showing up on time is a must. Must be available Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays (shifts can be up to 12 hours, though I set my own schedule) Gas card and vehicle provided for use while working
