Regular Nanny Needed PT For 6-month-old Starting In January!

Hello! We're looking to hire someone to come to our home and watch our son after I return to work from maternity leave. At the time of care starting, he'll be almost 5 months old. I work retail - pending approval of my schedule, we're looking for someone to provide regular care on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Some weeks it could be all three days, others it may just be two of those days. We would need someone to get to our home by 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. (start time would depend on my work schedule) and stay until my husband gets home from work between 4:00 and 6:00. Minimum of 15 hours/week and up to 20 hours/week. We're aiming to pay $15/hour but are willing to be flexible based on experience.
