About the job
Our businesses and life at home is our ministry. Our call is to support ministry by being a funding engine for the gospel. Health and Wellness play a big part of our daily lives. Bike riding, dirt bikes, digging in the dirt, art/coloring/drawing, creative projects with play dough and they love all things to do with building whether it's with magna tiles, legos or building forts with whatever comes to mind. Playing and enjoying childhood in a manner that also teaches them order and respect. For ex: they can play but then put toys away, sharing or taking turns if both want the same toy, minding their manners while eating (asking to be excused when done). Consistency is key. The ability to handle loud, energetic boys and knowing when to say 'No'. Kids are very smart and will always see how far they can go to getting their way.
