A busy family of five is seeking a highly experienced, compassionate, and professional Nanny/Family Assistant to support their busy household. This close-knit, active family is looking for a dedicated individual who will integrate seamlessly into their household and become a long-term, valued member of their family. The ideal candidate will have strong intuition and the ability to anticipate family needs, stepping in as required without the need for constant direction. The Family Assistant will be responsible for family laundry, home organization, transportation of children to activities, homework help, and errand running. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, flexible and ready to adapt to the family's evolving needs. The children are 6 years old (boy), 10 years old (girl), and 13 years old (boy) and enrolled in school full-time. The ideal candidate will be the mother's right-hand person-someone she can trust implicitly, who is empathetic, intuitive, and always ready to step in at a moment's notice. Comfort with technology (phone/computer) is a plus. This family is seeking a long-term commitment. They are looking for someone who will grow with them, creating a strong bond over the years. A candidate who is compassionate, trustworthy, hard-working, and able to offer creative suggestions while maintaining a fun, family-oriented atmosphere is highly desired. The family has a housecleaner, so deep cleaning is not expected as part of this position.
