My baby is 8 months old and I would prefer someone who is amazing with young babies. She's pretty easy going and happy for the most part, but does struggle with her naps as we co sleep at night.. typically all she would need is someone to have floor play time with, feed her food in her high chair, change her diapers, feed her bottles and rock her to sleep and know how to work with a baby to put her down to sleep.. I can always show all of this in person and how she prefers things.
