Taking care of newborn baby throughout the day while mom will be with you the whole day too and she will be helping. We are new parents and I will be working out of town mon-fri. I cannot be there to help mom out. Important thing about us hiring a nanny is for my wife to get an adequate amount of sleep and not just 4 hours in a day. Baby O is not hard to care for she is very calm she does cry but we try and keep a tight schedule with her eating and stuff so for the most part she is calm unless she is starving.
