About the job
We're a family of four with an 8-month-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. Both parents work from home in creative fields, and we value inclusivity. We also have a friendly munchkin cat. We primarily need help with our baby - diaper changes, feedings, naps, and engagement - plus some after school care for our daughter, including school pickup and fun outings. Occasional light household help may be requested. We're in Elgin, and need care from 10-5, with school pickup around 3:30. Important - We're planning to relocate to Austin by August, so we're looking for someone comfortable with that transition.
