My sister and I are looking to do a nanny share at the same house to keep them together while we work. We should have a lot of flexibility on hours as we both will be working different schedules and have grandparents to help occasionally also. My son is 1 and my sister's baby is a newborn. My son is easy going, plays by himself. Takes his nap from 10 or 11 until 1-2 p.m.
