My kids are 8, 5, and 3. They are fairly independent. I need care for when I travel for work and the caretaker scheduled for a last-minute mission added for this weekend.... My ex-wife has the kids when she is not at work when I travel so the hours are from 1130 a.m. - 1130 p.m. I pay $150 /day flat rate but can negotiate pay if necessary.
