I am re-entering the workforce on a part-time basis, with a schedule limited to Thursdays and Saturdays. I require a responsible individual to provide care for my 13-month-old infant for 3-4 hours on these two days. Given that my child has no prior experience with external caregivers, I need somebody patient. I prioritize interactive, screen-free activities during this time. Due to her youth, extensive experience in childcare is crucial.
