We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced babysitter to care for our curious, independent, goofy 9-month-old twinsa boy and a girl. This role will involve regularly scheduled care every Thursday, with the possibility of added regular weekly hours and ad hoc hours as needed. A structured daily routine is already in place for the twins, so the babysitter will need to follow this schedule closely to ensure consistency. We have a thoughtful approach to the details of how we parent (one that aligns closely with Montessori principles) and we expect any caretakers to help create an open, intentional space for the twins similar to what we do on a daily basis. Both mom and dad run their own businesses and are clear and direct communicators so if you ever have a question, we are more than happy to answer!
