I am looking for a nanny/babysitter for my almost 2-year-old daughter. She's had a bad experience with a nanny in the past, so we really are looking for someone who can engage with her, limit screen time, and do age-appropriate activities with her. The schedule is also open for discussion - we'll need support throughout the week, but its not a solid "must be these days for these hours". We're flexible in working with you to make sure it works for both us of us. Lastly, we are looking for someone to also help babysit after this stint. We want someone to go back to over and over again - hopefully this is a long term relationship! And we also know lots of families that we could refer to after the fact.
