Were looking for a warm, reliable, and playful nanny to join our family starting in May! I work part-time from home and need consistent coverage for 3 weekday mornings, with the flexibility for occasional additional daytime hours and the occasional date night. Our daughter is 2. 5 years oldsilly, smart, active, and full of curiosity. She thrives with caregivers who can match her energy and creativity, and who enjoy planning developmentally appropriate activities and outings to keep her mind and body engaged. Whether it's exploring local parks, doing arts and crafts, dancing to music, or diving into books and pretend play, were looking for someone who truly enjoys being part of a child's learning and growing process. Were open to a monthly retainer if that works better than hourly pay.
