Half-day Infant Caregiver

My 3-month-old is very active, observant and advanced. She already has an attitude, but she is so fun and loving! She has a fear of missing out so she fights sleep during the day, but she loves watching Bluey or Superkitties. She's teething already and I apply baby oragel to her gums when they bother her. She's trying to be very independent so already trying to role and sit up and she gets very stubborn when she's forced to lay down. She has her good days and her bad days. Good days, you're able to sit her on her swing by the TV so she can watch it or she'll lay staring at you and talk to you, smiling at you. On her bad days, she fights sleep, she whines and screams every time she's put down and the only way she'll sleep is if she's in the arms. Of course I don't want her being used to the arms constantly when she's fussy, but I know certain situations she needs it but it can get frustrating. Something I need for my girl is to try to get her on a nap schedule during the day. I need someone who is patient and can be calm when she is in her fussy moods and refuses to sleep or lay down.
