My baby girl is only 4 months old. Im looking for someone to watch her just for a few hours a week it would be part-time. Hopefully Tuesdays and Thursdays for about 3hrs a day. I I would love a super active caregiver. I try to limit screen time and would love if her caregiver was well versed in Montessori teachings. My little girl is young but has an amazing temperament and personality. Shes very bubbly and happy. She really only cries if she is hungry, has a dirty diaper and if shes bored.
