Younger child has clytocranial displacia. This does not affect any special care but it does mean he has some bone abnormalities, such as the lack of collarbones, which might startle some. They're fairly well-behaved and play well with each other. They have big feelings, and are working on being able to share. The older child has a speech delay, so this can make communication challenging at times but typically if he has a need he will let someone know.
