Looking For A Daytime Nanny For A 3m Infant

I am looking for a caregiver that will take care of my baby (3m) during the day. The schedule will be M-F with every other Friday off. I also have a dog in the apartment. I am looking for someone who is attentive and patient! My partner and I both come from close knit families. It is important to us that our baby girl feels safe and comfortable with her caregiver as if they were her family! Park in a designated parking spot right outside of my apartment. I have a half corgi, half German shepherd mix. She is under 40 pounds and mostly just likes to sleep all day! She is very shy at first but warms up with time.
