Single working mother of 2 is seeking a compassionate nanny to provide dedicated care for our two neurodivergent girls ages 11 and 8. Will soon be moving closer to North Dallas area, currently located in east dallas. Key Responsibilities: - calm and consistent care - Prepare meals for the children * Manage afternoon and evening routines * Handle school pickups and transport to activities * Assist with child-related errands and family dog - summer will be filled with acuities and fun Requirements: * Provide attentive and supportive care * Proven experience working with neurodivergent children, * Understanding of and commitment to low-demand parenting styles * Reliable vehicle to get to work, clean driving record. Nanny car provided. * Current vaccinations - flexible on schedule changes -LGBTQ+ friendly
