A little about the family: Mom is a stay-at-home mom, and Dad works from home. They both have three beautiful girls and a dog. What the family is looking for in a nanny: The role is similar to that of a mother's helper. The family needs an extra set of hands. The oldest attends preschool and will need help getting ready in the morning. Mom tends to the 3-month-old, so assistance is needed to keep the 2-year-old engaged and to take her to her activities. You'll never have all three girls at the same time, and if you do, it will only be the older two. The family encourages taking the girls on outings and planning activities for them.
