I have 2 kids (3) (17m) my 3-year-old goes to preschool 3 days a week. So I would need someone that can drop him off and pick up. Meanwhile taking care of my 17m old daughter. My husband is a firefighter so every week is different in terms of us needing someone. We will communicate our schedules with the caregiver.
