Overnight Care & Transportation For Teen (15) During Business Trip

Seeking responsible caregiver for my 15-year-old son during business trip. Duties include overnight stays, morning wake-up, school drop-off/pick-up, breakfast/dinner preparation, and transportation to activities. Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and experience with teens. We're currently staying in a hotel during home renovations - caregiver will have private adjoining room next to my son's. Our dog needs basic care (feeding, occasional walks) - comfort with pets is a plus but not required. My son is independent but needs adult supervision and transportation. Looking for someone reliable who can maintain his routine while I'm away. Please share your teen experience and availability. References required.
