I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 boys (ages 1 & 3). We would prefer someone with a flexible schedule who could help out while one parent travels (7-10 weeknights per month). Looking for help with dinner & evening routine (bath/bedtime) as well as a regular babysitter/nanny we can use for date nights, etc.
