About the job
We are seeking dedicated and responsible after school childcare for our daughter age 8 (second grade) and son age 6 (kindergarten). Responsibilities: -Reliable Transportation: Pick up children from at 3 p.m. Drive home or to after school extracurriculars (piano, baseball) as necessary. -Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Provide snacks, talk to children about their day, and engage in activities (playing catch, board games, doing art together). Both children are in elementary school so there is not homework per say, but we typically use this time to practice spelling words, high-frequency words, etc. Time: 8 hours / week Days: Monday - Thursday Hours: 3:00 - 5:00 or 5:30 *with the opportunity for full time in the summer Pay: $20/hour
