Nanny Needed For My Children In Dallas.

I am becoming a caregiver for 6 grandkids. The oldest 4 will go to school and the youngest 2 will need care.. Both in pampers , but both walking and talking. I will be getting arrangement for older 4 to ride bus to school. I leave for work at 7 a.m. and my husband's leaves for work at 1 p.m. I have fluctuating hours depending on work load... some days I can make it home before he leaves and other days are later. I am a mail carrier and it all depends on our load of mail for the day. Flexibility is key. I never know work load until I get to my job in the morning.
