Need A Nanny For My One Year Old

I am looking for a nanny to watch my 1-year-old daughter. We are looking for a nanny who has experience with toddlers. Someone that can engage with our daughter on Montessori play. The nanny responsibility includes: diaper changes, clothing changes, providing snacks, providing meals, going on walks and keeping her safe, warm and dry. The nanny must be punctual. All meals and snacks will be prepped for the nanny to provide. Our expectations is for the nanny to be able to learn and adapt to our daughters needs. We live in Farmers Branch. The hours are Monday - Thursday from 9am-4:30 p.m. Pay offer is $15/hr. Any hours worked outside of the core hours the rate will be $20/hr. The nanny will not have any house cleaning responsibilities and must be comfortable working around cats.
