Hello! My daughter, F, is almost 8 months old and we are hoping to find a part time caregiver for her. My husband and I both work full time, my work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9-5. His schedule is more varied, he's a doctor and works 7 days on, 7 days off. There are usually a few days a week that we are both working, and that's where we need help. F. is a pretty easy baby, she takes two naps a day (usually 1 1/2 - 2 hours each) and is just starting to crawl. She's mostly drinking formula and we've introduced solid foods around dinner time.
