What the family is looking for in a nanny: We are looking for a nanny that can take over playtime, reading time, snack and lunch. Snacks and meals will generally be prepared and only need to be warmed up or need easy preparation. Our ideal nanny will play (Montessori style, structured and unstructured play, developmental, learning, and enriching age appropriate activities) with and supervise our son without him being or feeling ignored. Nanny won't have to drive our son. We will work with the nanny to pick activities for our son as he grows. Nanny must be a non-smoker. Nanny must be on payroll.
