About the job
Hi! We are a family of 3, no pets, mom & dad work from home but have their respective offices & don't expect to take over during nanny-time except for occasional check-in and if specific food has to be provided or if things need to be shown. Our son is a lively, bright & happy 19mo old with a set routine. Nanny will take over playtime, reading time, snack & lunch. Our ideal nanny will play (Montessori style, structured & unstructured play, developmental, learning, and enriching activities) with and supervise our son without him being or feeling ignored. Nanny won't have to drive our son. We will work with the nanny to pick activities for our son as he grows. Nanny must be on payroll and non-smoker. Full disclosure: we hired someone who just quit on us on 10/22 before starting on 10/28, so we are looking to hire ASAP.
