This is a time of transition for us, as our beloved nanny of three years is moving out of state after getting married. We know change can feel a little chaotic at first - especially for our almost 3-year-old, who has known her all her life - so we're hoping to find someone patient, kind, and understanding as everyone adjusts. One of our children is autistic and can sometimes express things in a negative way, but it's never personal - just part of how they process the world. My husband works long hours in a high-pressure role and tends to set the bar high, but we truly value someone who can go with the flow, adapt to the unexpected, and bring warmth and steadiness into our home. If you're someone who can meet our family with flexibility, empathy, and a big heart, we would love to meet you! Family in Cypress is seeking a full-time Nanny Manager for their home.
