Nurturing Nanny For A Cypress Family To Adore

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Cypress. We have an almost 3-year-old at home and a 5-year-old at school. We need to have a nanny that always evokes safety first protocols, offers a nurturing and engaged presence with our daughter, is familiar with positive reinforcement- emotional regulation, and will educate herself on milestones and activities that should be watched/done for our little one! Our nanny should know they will be appreciated and respected for their key role in our home. We moved here from Chicago and still operate in that mindset/culture in many ways :)! We WFH PT (husband splits time in office) have two dogs. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
