I have 2 boys ages 1. 5 and 2. 5! They are very active ! They have a pretty strict schedule and they do best sticking too it so our routine is a must! They love playing outside and doing fun in loving activities ! They wake up around 7am, have breakfast around 8, have lunch at 11, nap at noon, wake up at 2-2:30, they have a snack/second lunch, around 3:30-4 and they have dinner at 7! Bedtime is at 8:30. Theyve been thriving on this schedule and its been working great!
