FT Nanny Needed For 2 Kids In The Southside For July Start. Variable Schedule, Flexibility Needed!

ISO FT Nanny for 2yo boy and 5yo girl. 5yo will start kindergarten in the fall, so transportation is necessary. 2yo has mild speech delay. We will move to the Southside in July, but move date isn't finalized. Flexibility is key! Both parents in healthcare, will work 8-12 hour shifts, mix of days, mids, and nights. Schedule will vary day-to-day and month-to-month. Schedule available 1-2 mos before start of the month. Will need occasional late nights, overnights, and weekends. Would love help with cleaning, cooking, laundry and willing to increase pay accordingly. Also fine with base rate for childcare only. We have 1 cat and 1 dog.
