Overnight Nanny Needed For New-born Baby

We are seeking an overnight nanny to help look after our new-born baby. The baby is expected mid February but would appreciate if start date could be coordinated with baby's birth date. We are looking for 3 nights per week, each night around 8 hours. Detailed starting/ending hours negotiable. The nanny should take care of the newborn over night when she works, including bottle feeding, diaper change, and all other needs. It is also preferred (though not mandatory) that sleep training could be incorporated. Ideally, the nanny should take care of the newborn overnight without interrupting the mom who desperately needs sleep. We have another 4-year-old in our house. The nanny does NOT need to take care of her during the nanny's overnight shifts.
