Nanny Needed For My Children In Converse.

Looking for a part time nanny to help with my 3-year-old grandson. He has autism and is non verbal. I am his guardian but I am a full time nurse and his dad is also in his life and has him as well when he isn't working. Currently my work schedule is all day Saturday and Sunday (6am-11pm) But my schedule will be changing in the new year to Thu, Fri, Sat, & Sun (7 a.m. to 7pm). I am not sure yet that I will need someone every day that I work but I want to have him a nanny for the times I need it for work and also when I am busy with errands. D loves to count & say his abc's all day with educational programs for toddlers so I basically just need someone to interact with him, keep him safe, & taken care of. He will be starting ABA therapy full time at a clinic soon as well so I might also need help with pick ups/drop offs occasionally.
