Reliable Sitter To 2 Wonderful Kiddos

I need someone that can work with me on a set amount I can pay every 2 weeks for 2 wonderful little kiddos that make it worth your while. Must be reliable and comfortable with pets as we have one dog, he's really loveable. I have a 4yr old little girl and a 3yr old little boy that I need help with Monday through Friday. I provide everything for them and I'm willing to bring them to someone depending on distance but would prefer to have someone come to my apartment to watch them. I'm looking for someone long term, I'm hoping my 4yr old will start pre-k in August and then it would just be my 3yr old full time and the other one half a day. I would like someone that will work on flash cards with them that I have, likes to be outside where they love to play.
